We’re excited to introduce our brand-new Loyalty Card — a fun way to earn rewards for both you and your pup!
🐾 How It Works
- Collect 1 stamp per walk over an 8-week period.
- Earn your first reward after 5 stamps, and another when you collect all 10 stamps!
🎁 The Rewards
✨ 5 Stamps – Pamper Brush
Your pup will enjoy a refreshing brush-out to remove knots and loose hair, leaving them looking and feeling their best.
🌳 10 Stamps – Adventure Walk
Receive an extra hour added to your next booked walk at no additional cost. We’ll head to a nearby park or trail for a change of scenery, giving your dog even more time to explore, play, and enjoy their adventure.

Loyalty Card Reward Policy
To keep our loyalty programme fair and enjoyable for everyone, the following terms apply:
- One stamp is awarded for each qualifying paid walk.
- The 5-stamp reward includes one complimentary Pamper Brush.
- The 10-stamp reward is one additional hour added to a booked and payable walk. This reward is not a free walk.
- The additional hour is awarded once per completed loyalty card, regardless of the number of dogs in the household or included in the booking.
- The additional hour cannot be split between multiple bookings or dogs, transferred to another customer, or exchanged for a free walk, cash, credit, or any other service.
- Adventure Walk rewards are subject to walker availability, suitable weather conditions, and the wellbeing of the dog(s). If necessary, an alternative date, location, or walk format may be offered.
- The loyalty programme may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time at the business owner’s discretion. Any completed loyalty cards will be honoured in accordance with the terms in place at the time of completion.
