What will happen during the Meet & Greet?
The Meet & Greet can be arranged whenever is convinient for you and it’s free. It would give me the opportunity to meet you and especially your beloved pet or pets. We could discuss about your individual requirements and set up any arrangement.
What payment method can I use?
Let’s Bork will accept cash or bank transfer.
Where will Let’s Bork walk my dog?
Dog walks will be in your local area (in a park or in your neighbourhood).
Where will Let’s Bork train my dog?
The place for a training session will depend on your dog’s needs and on the type of training required. That may include also your house or a park.
During a training session is my presence required?
Yes, it is. The owner needs to be present in order to work with his fluffy friend towards the same goals.
Will Let’s Bork leave my dog off leash during walks?
Yes, but only if I have previously received your permission and I feel safe to do so.
Will Let’s Bork give treats to my dog during a walk?
Yes, but only if I have previously received your permission. In that case I will use treats to encourage good behaviour and I will give, in small quantities, only the treats your dog is used to eat.
If I give Let’s Bork a spare key to my house, where will you keep it when not in use?
I will keep the key locked in a safe place where nobody but me has access.
What happens if my dog is injured or gets sick under your care?
Depending on the situation I will first get in touch with you, the secondary owner or the emergency contact. If no one is reachable then I can call your dog’s vet or I will bring your dog to the nearest one. In both cases I will give the vet the information that I will ask you to complete during our consultation. This sheet will contain your dog medical data that are useful for an efficient intervention.
Is Let’s Bork Insured?
Yes, Let’s Bork is insured against Care, Custody and Control of Animals, Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Loss or Theft of keys.
Are Let’s Bork workers DBS checked?
