If you’re booking for the first time, please take a moment to read through the steps below so everything runs smoothly for both you and your dog.
What to Expect
- Fill out the request form â provide your details, the preferred time, choose a service from the drop down menu and add any special instruction.
- Iâll confirm your walk â Iâll be in touch within 48 hours to confirm availability or suggest alternatives if needed.
- New Clients â New to the service? For Dog Walking & Pet Sitting, please fill out the request form and select the “Free Meet & Greet” option. Once approved, Iâll schedule a time to meet you and your pet, where weâll discuss routines, medical needs, and any quirks or concerns. Please note, I cannot begin any services without this prior meet. For Dog Training, please book an “Assessment + First Lesson” through the form, allowing me to evaluate your dogâs behavior and create a personalized training plan. Please note i cannot start lessons without doing an assessment first.
- All set! â Once confirmed, your dog will be booked in and ready for the fun!

đž Booking Basics
How far in advance should I book?
Slots can fill up quicklyâespecially during busy periodsâso booking early is always a good idea if you have set plans.
Can I set up regular bookings?
Yes! Recurring walks are welcome and help keep your dogâs routine nice and steady, while securing your preferred time slot.
Can I change the time of my walk after itâs been booked?
If you need to adjust a booking, just let me know as soon as possible. Iâll always try to be flexible where I can, depending on the dayâs schedule.

Do walks go ahead in bad weather?
Yes! Walks still happen in wind, rain, and coldâyour dog will even get towel-dried if they come home soggy. If the weather becomes unsafe (like during a heatwave, thunderstorm, or icy conditions), Iâll contact you to arrange a safe alternative or reschedule.
What if my dog has special needs or behaviour quirks?
No problemâjust let me know when you book. Iâm happy to adjust our routine to suit your dogâs comfort, energy levels, and any other individual needs.
đś During the Walk
Will I get updates about how the walk went?
Yes! I use the Doggy Logs app to send you notes, photos, and even GPS tracking for some walks. Itâs like a little postcard from your pupâs day.
Do you offer solo or group walks?
I offer solo walks and buddy walks (where your dog is carefully matched with one suitable companion). No large group walks hereâjust calm, focused attention and a good time.
Can you feed my dog or give medication during a visit?
Of course! Just pop the details into your booking request and Iâll make sure to follow your instructions.
â Cancellations & Changes
Whatâs your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please try to give at least 24 hoursâ notice. I understand that life can be unpredictable and Iâll always do my best to be understanding.
Will I be charged if I cancel last minute?
Yesâif I arrive at your home and the walk or visit is no longer needed, the full fee will be charged. At that point, time and travel have already been committed.
What if you have to cancel?
On rare occasionsâsuch as if Iâm unwell or have an emergencyâI may need to cancel. Iâll always let you know as soon as possible and, where I can, offer an alternative or refer you to another trusted local carer.
