🌠Dog Walking Star Of December
While we wait for the holiday season to arrive, let’s talk about one of our cutest pups: Denzel!
The first time I met Denzel he was a rumbunctious teenager, with a very soft puppy fur and the cutest puppy eyes! he was very friendly and we quickly became friends.
Breed: Border Collie Mix
Age: 5
Backstory: Denzel was adopted from overseas when he was a puppy and brought in Uk to be with his new family.
Personality: He’s a very happy dog, he loves to chase after bunnies in the fields and play with his family.
I started walking Denzel on a regular basis when he was a teen. I have loved our adventures in the field and training him on loose lead walk. Even though I see him more occasionally these days, I’m always overjoyed when i get the pleasure to see him!

Loves: Chasing bunnies in the field.
Favourite Treat: Anything he can find on a walk.
Best Friend: Diezel.
Most Adorable Habit: Unless locked, he opens the back door to greet me in the garden.
Biggest No-No: Meeting dogs he doesn’t know on walks.
Least Favourite treat: Everything else.
Funny Fear: His human brother’s toy hoover.
📖A Special Story
When I first started walking Denzel, he was just a youngster with lots to learn. He’d pull on the lead and react to other dogs — barking and lunging every time one came into view. But it didn’t take long to realise his true motivation: treats! 🍪
With that in mind, we began working on loose-lead walks and sitting calmly whenever we spotted another dog. It took time and patience, but he absolutely rose to the challenge.
Now Denzel walks beautifully on the lead and calmly munches his treats while waiting for other dogs to pass by. He’s one of our most beautiful success stories, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far he’s come. 💛
🐕Why I Love Denzel
Denzel is a very sweet pup, he loves cuddles and he’ll do anything for food. He’s always cheerful and loves to be involved in what you are doing. I can’t wait to see him again and I look forward to our next adventure!
